The Four Season Gardens Residences is planned in the central core of Richmond Hill next to Markham based on the principles of new urbanism and smart growth. The Site is situated on approximately 10 acre parcel of strategically located land among a largely developed residential and business corridor in the geographic heart of York Region and the Town of Richmond Hill.
