Biography
 
As you will notice from my Credits, I am a Professional Engineer and an MBA. I have over 25 years of High Value Sales. I have negotiated almost every week deals running into Hundreds of thousands and million Dollars. For over 10 years I had the pleasure and good fortune of providing full time service as a real estate agent. I have accumulated extensive knowledge about the real estate business as a whole including benefits for investing, strategic planning, financing options, negotiating skills, specific areas and buildings around Greater Toronto area including Brampton, Mississauga and Vaughan as well as Richmond Hill area and much more.
 
My passion evolved from the many different areas and lifestyles that Greater Toronto area including Brampton, Mississauga and Vaughan as well as Richmond Hill has to offer. My extensive knowledge of the Greater Toronto area including Brampton, Mississauga and Vaughan as well as Richmond Hill market has come from living and working in the area for over 21 years. I have always been interested in custom homes and creative designs for space and found myself at every open house around. I realized very quickly the characteristics of what makes a good property and what it takes to sell. I have a keen eye and can see beyond what most people see. My previous experience in the management business where I held positions in marketing, customer service, business development and sales with Multinational Corporations together with my passion for real estate makes me a very successful real estate professional. Being able to analyze the needs of my clients and going the extra mile to make sure my clients get the home of their dreams makes my job very satisfying.

  • We will be on-call by phone or email to arrange showings;
  • When it comes time to buy, I will prepare the Agreement of Purchase and Sale, and negotiate on your behalf;
